Bruschetta Pizza recipe

  • 1 pita
  • pizza sauce (I use my dad’s homemade Italian pizza sauce, or buy Unico pizza sauce in a can)
  • 1/3 small tomato, diced
  • 4 thin slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tiny cube feta cheese
  • oregano
  • olive oil


  1. Preheat the toaster oven to 325ºF convection.
  2. Spread a layer of tomato sauce across the pizza dough (the pita).
  3. Lay out the 4 slices of mozzarella cheese. We want a very light layer of cheese, just for flavour.
  4. Heat the pizza until the cheese is lightly melted. Then sprinkle on tomatoes, feta cheese and some oregano for flavour. Add a very light drizzle of olive oil for flavour.
  5. Heat pizza and enjoy!
